AQUIRIS was founded in 2007 by Amilton Diesel, Mauricio Longoni, and Israel Mendes. They teamed up to develop virtual reality and advergames in a 30 square meter office, even before the release of the first iPhone. Later on, they met Raphael Baldi, Kely Costa, and Sandro Manfredini, whose talents led them to become partners and join the executive board. Today, AQUIRIS is a must-read chapter in the history of Brazilian video games.
We are headquartered in southern Brazil, in a delightful city called Porto Alegre. We also have a remote team working from different locations around the country. With over a decade of experience and a passionate, highly-qualified team of over 150 people, our main focus is delivering best-in-class artistic, technical, and fun-to-play games to our players base.
